The Cotswold Voluntary Wardens at Dyrham Park have organised a special walk around the nearby farmland on September 29, which is ideal if you are staying in local Bath bed and breakfast.

The magnificent Dyrham Park lies around7 miles away from Bath and offers a 17th century mansion house with extensive gardens and is set in its own estate covering 272 acres.

The guided walk will be about4.5 miles long and should take around 2.5 hours to complete, with the walking difficulty rated as moderate. This walk is a great way to enjoy the local surrounding countryside with experienced local guides.

Admission fees for the park and garden do not apply to anyone participating in this walk, though places are limited to the first 25 people who arrive at 10.30AM.
