A Halloween Ball at the Roman Baths

The Roman Baths are one of Bath’s most popular attractions and an essential destination if you want to truly experience the city. They also provide a unique setting for special events, allowing guests to walk on 2000-year-old Roman pavements and admire the grand architecture of the Baths as night falls around them.

If an evening of cocktails, canapés and fancy dress in the Roman Baths and the Pump Room, a beautiful Georgian building constructed in 1795, sounds like an ideal complement to your stay in our Bath Bed and Breakfast, then the Spooky Ball is the perfect event for you.

Halloween dress is essential and prizes are available for the best costumes, judged under the torchlight which will illuminate the Baths. A special cocktail menu will allow you to choose from appropriately named drinks, including Vampire’s Kiss and Witches’ Brew, whilst dinner will consist of the delightful Graveyard Goulash or Hubble Bubble Pumpkin Pot with sides of Braised Blood Cabbage and Frankenstein’s Brains. The dessert is Dracula’s Revenge, a chocolate torte served with blood-red berry coulis.

The ball takes place on October 28th and runs from 7pm until 1am. Tickets are £35 per person and can be booked from Searcys, the event organisers.
