- High quality linen table cloths and napkins.
- Printed menus, place cards and a table plan.
- Free car parking for your guests.
- Changing room facilities for guests.
- A 4 poster bedroom is provided free of charge to the bride and groom on their wedding night, together with a bottle of champagne and fruit supplied with our complments.
The wedding breakfast / reception can be as formal or as informal as you wish as our sole desire is to make sure that we provide an unforgettable meal on your special day.

Bailbrook Lodge is a perfect wedding venue and is available on an exclusive basis for you and your guests.
When you book your wedding at Bailbrook Lodge you will have the sole use of the whole hotel, including the 15 en suite bedrooms for you and your guests. In addition, of course, there is a delightful restaurant and adjoining lounge, overlooking the pretty gardens – ideal for the all important wedding photographs.
The owners of the Bailbrook Lodge are two very experienced hoteliers and caterers, who are skilled in providing wedding and other event catering of the highest standard.
A range of menus plus a wide selection of dishes priced individually are provided for you to choose from. Equally, we will be pleased to suggest alternatives or to quote for a menu or particular dishes, which we may not have listed, but which you especially wish to have served on this special occasion.
We will provide you with a selection of wines and other drinks, together with special inclusive “drinks packages” which represent excellent value, and help make the decision as to what to offer your guests that much simpler.
As already mentioned, we can reserve all 15 bedrooms for your guests at a special price.
