Corsham Heritage Centre is set in the quaint, historical and beautiful Cotswold town of Corsham. The town was once a major player in the wool trade and the quarry where a lot of the beautiful Bath stone came from is close by. You will find that Corsham is a vibrant town with an industrious past and a wide range of things to do.
A visit to the Corsham Heritage centre is a must if you are close by, explaining the history of the town and many prominent happenings over the years. Admission is free and you will find a variety of exhibitions and interactive displays that are changed frequently for regular visitors. The Heritage Centre is set in the downstairs part of a clothier’s medieval house which in itself is amazing to see.
The Corsham Heritage Centre can be found at Arnold House, 31, High St, a visit to the area makes a wonderful day out with friends and family. From our B & B in Bath Corsham is only a short drive so you won’t have to spend half of your day travelling. Corsham Heritage Centre is open from 10am to 4pm daily except Sundays which should fit in nicely with your holiday or short break plans.
