If you happen to have booked a local b and b in Bath for a relaxing break during November, with maybe a little Christmas shopping included, you will be pleased to hear Bath is now featuring a new Christmas market which will showcase local artisans and their wares.
The earlybird Christmas Artisan Market will be held at Bath’s Green Park Station on Sunday November 11. This new market features a whole host of local artisans and producers not only selling their hand crafted products and local produce, but in addition there will be live craft demonstrations from wood carving to hand-thrown clay pot making.
Visitors will be able to browse more than 60 stalls selling a variety of high quality and unique goods. These will range from Christmas decorations, greeting cards, artwork from local artists and designers, hand carved wooden bowls, vintage and handmade clothes, lampshades, cushions, jewellery, preserves, cakes, oils, vinegar, local cheeses, mouth watering handmade cakes and chocolates.
The market is open between 9A.M. – 3P.M. and offers free entry to visitors. For more information, contact: 07769 707636.
